Assistant General Manager - Amsterdam

Clubsportive is looking for a hands-on, service-driven Assistant General Manager to elevate our hospitality standards and lead both the front-of-house and fitness teams with clarity, structure, and energy.

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations and create an environment where every member feels welcome, supported, and inspired.
Key responsibilities: You lead the day-to-day club operations and make sure everything—from cleanliness to service—is on point.
You start and end each shift with a full club check, including wellness, equipment, vending, and member experience.
You coach the Host and Fitness team with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
You manage onboarding and training to ensure new team members quickly adapt to our standards.
You track key metrics like day pass conversion, vending, and sales through Power BI and act on insights.
You create a strong hospitality culture, handling feedback and keeping reviews (Google, Class Pass) in check.
You oversee scheduling for the host team, fitness trainers, and group classes.
You manage stock, cleaning, and pool facilities to ensure a seamless member experience.
You Are hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment.
Are structured, service-minded and solution-oriented.
Bring energy, clarity and ownership to every shift.
Speak both Dutch and English fluently.
Have experience in hospitality, fitness, leisure or lifestyle management.
Eligible to work in The Netherlands (Work and Residence Permit).
