We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Manager to join our team at NR Health and Fitness Club Watton.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong background in team management.

Duties

  • Delivering the NR PRIME Values
  • Managing a busy fitness club with full responsibility.
  • Delivering & training fitness activities
  • Train, Develop and Manage a team of staff
  • Undertaking administration tasks
  • Promoting & Marketing the business through various channels
  • Managing enquiries, complaints & emergencies
  • Working under pressure and leading by example
  • Enhancing profitability by driving in sales and improving retention
  • Driving KPIs each month
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies
  • Being able to think for yourself & plan for the future

Experience

  • Strong leadership abilities

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience

  • Fitness management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Fitness: 1 year (preferred)

• Licence/Certification

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
