We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing and customer-focused

Front of House Team Member & Community Outreach Ambassador to become one of the faces of our Rochdale club.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on meeting new people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys building relationships that help grow a thriving local community.

This is not just a reception role.

You’ll be at the heart of the club experience — welcoming players, supporting members, helping the venue run smoothly and using quieter daytime periods to reach out to local businesses, schools, colleges and community groups.

No two days are the same.

One moment you’ll be welcoming members and booking courts, the next you’ll be helping promote corporate events, memberships and partnerships across Rochdale.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every member and visitor.
  • Manage court bookings, enquiries, memberships and day-to-day front of house operations.
  • Ensure the club always looks clean, welcoming and professionally presented.
  • Build genuine relationships with our members and create a friendly community atmosphere.
  • Support new players by explaining how the club works, helping them book courts and making them feel confident from their first visit.
  • Become an ambassador for Deuce Padel within the local area.
  • Use quieter daytime hours to contact local businesses, schools, colleges and community organisations by phone, email and in personto develop new partnerships.
  • Promote corporate memberships, team-building events and business networking opportunities.
  • Support the delivery of social events, tournaments and club activities.
  • Help grow participation and increase awareness of padel across Rochdale and the surrounding area.
  • Follow up with enquiries, leads and potential partners to help convert interest into bookings, events and memberships.
  • Take ownership of delivering an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry through to regular membership.

About You

  • Can use quieter periods productively and doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
  • Has experience in hospitality, leisure, fitness, retail, sales or another customer-facing environment.
  • Has an interest in sport and enjoys being part of a growing community.

Previous padel experience is not essential — we’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, energy and people skills.
