The Role: As a Matchday Bartender, you will:
- Work across hospitality suites and dispense bars throughout the stadium
- Deliver efficient, high-quality bar service in a fast-paced matchday environment
- Recommend beverages that complement the food and hospitality offering
- Act as a friendly and professional ambassador for Manchester United, suggesting reliability and teamwork to ensure a seamless guest experience
Full training will be provided; previous bartending experience is not essential. Due to licensing laws, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
The Person: While prior bartending or hospitality experience is an advantage, it is not essential. We are looking for individuals who bring:
- Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
- The ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A friendly, confident, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
