Health Club Manager - Kilburn, London

We’re recruiting for a results-driven Gym Manager/Health Club Manager to lead a small, friendly gym near Kilburn, North London. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive membership sales and retention, and create an outstanding gym experience for members.

Experience required

A proven track record in managing a team of sales staff within a high-quality service or sales-led environment, from any commercial business sector, and will thrive working within a very structured and successful sales process. The ability to coach, train, and develop a team of like-minded, performance-driven sales staff so outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee club operations, cleanliness & equipment maintenance
2. Coordinate personal trainers & fitness programs

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven leadership in sales & customer service in high-quality service or sales environment from any commercial business sector
2. Strong communication & team management skills
3. Passion for fitness & member engagement
4. Health Club Management / Gym Manager Experience is great but not essential

Rewards & Growth:

Competitive base salary of £35,000 + performance-based bonuses (up to 50% of base salary).
