ROLE OVERVIEW

To further elevate and enhance our operations, we are seeking an accomplished Head Bartender to contribute and deliver on the club's success, providing exceptional experiences for our members.

The Head Bartender will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bars within the club.

This role requires an experienced, hands‑on professional with an exceptional understanding of luxury service, fine spirits and cocktail innovation, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The Head Bartender will ensure the bars environment are exclusive, welcoming and an integral part of the overall member experience.

The role will involve managing a skilled bar team, overseeing inventory and stock control and contributing to the development of unique and sophisticated cocktail menus tailored to the club's discerning clientele.
