Ealing Lawn Tennis Club (ELTC) is a leading club with 15 courts (including indoor, floodlit artificial clay, Tiger Turf, and grass). We have 11 adult teams, a highly successful mini tennis and junior programme, and a modern clubhouse that serves as the hub for our thriving social scene.

ELTC is built on a strong volunteer ethos, with its strategic direction led by a dedicated Management Committee. We have appointed a Membership administrator and Grounds contractor in the past 12 months, enhancing both our member services and facility maintenance standards.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Club Manager to be the operational heart of our vibrant, 900-member community. We are looking for a proactive leader who blends first‐class operational management with a genuine flair for hospitality.

This is a unique, hands‐on opportunity to act as the key link between our volunteer Management Committee and the club's bustling day‐to‐day life. You will not just be managing operations; you will be enhancing our thriving tennis and social scenes, ensuring a first‐class experience for all members, and helping to shape the club's future.
