We are looking for a highly organised and operationally focused Cultural Programming Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our member events programme.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of the creative industries with excellent event delivery and project management skills. Working closely with the Managing Director and wider Club teams, you will create and execute a dynamic calendar of events that reflects the interests of our membership and enhances The Groucho Club experience.
We're looking for someone who can take an event from concept to completion-managing logistics, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, and on-the-day delivery with confidence and attention to detail. From screenings and panel discussions to live performances and member dinners, you will ensure every event is planned and delivered to the highest standard.
At The Groucho Club, great programming is not just about great ideas-it's about exceptional execution. This role is at the heart of bringing memorable member experiences to life.
