Shoreditch Arts Club is looking for a warm, organised and proactive Front of House & Club Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the Club, responsible for keeping our day-to-day operations running seamlessly.
What you'll be owning:
- Being the first point of contact for our members, guests and visitors - delivering a warm, professional welcome, and building positive relationships with members.
- Confidently handling Front of House duties including answering phone calls, check-ins and footfall metrics reporting, managing meeting bookings and scheduling, and preparing teas & coffees where needed.
- Assisting visitors with information about the Club, membership offers, our cultural programme and private hire options, whilst professionally championing the business and its collaborators.
- Keeping the Club looking its best during opening hours and for client site walkthroughs, performing regular venue checks throughout the day to ensure spaces remain tidy and safe.
- Overseeing our Kitchen Porter on general housekeeping standards across the venue.
- Working closely with the Club Manager to support on bar stock management and supplier relations.
- Coordinating deliveries on behalf of the Club and its clients, liaising with contractors and suppliers on stock orders and maintenance visits.
- Occasionally supporting live event delivery by welcoming guests, assisting with set-up/resets, and helping with ad-hoc production tasks.
Who you are: An approachable, highly organised self-starter who can add a memorable, personable touch to the members' experience. Someone equally comfortable greeting a guest as they are troubleshooting a basic AV issue or briefing a contractor.
