We are on the look out for a passionate Operations Manager to join our team!
Operations Managers are people-focused and have accountability in leading and operating a successful DL Club and giving our members an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
You will regularly act as Duty Manager, and alongside your team, ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, maximising member experience.

- Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
- Experience of financial planning and management.
