Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving user engagement and ensuring an outstanding in-app experience. You’ll manage in-app communications, analyse user data to uncover insights, and report on campaign performance. You will also be responsible for keeping our user help content accurate and up-to-date, helping users get the most out of our platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is both data-oriented and creative, and who is looking to grow their career within a supportive and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage in-app messaging to users using tools such as Intercom, Userpilot, or similar platforms.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance, presenting actionable insights to the wider team.
- Analyse user behaviour and engagement patterns to help inform product and marketing strategies.
- Update, create, and maintain user help articles and support content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure a consistent and impactful user communication experience.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with broader marketing initiatives as required.
About You:
- Data-driven and analytical, with a strong ability to interpret and act on user behaviour insights.
- Experienced with customer engagement tools such as Intercom, Userpilot, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic about learning, developing new skills, and contributing to a growing business.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working within a SaaS or software business, ideally in the fitness or health industries.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing for messaging and user communications.
