Your Role
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR Manager in daily operations, HR administration, and employee relations. Your scope includes international employees in resorts (Asia, Africa, the Americas) and London’s commercial office.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Prepare employment contracts, manage benefits enrolment, and handle end‑of‑contract procedures. Maintain HRIS (Workday) data accuracy, draft letters, and oversee visa processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Process monthly payroll (Moorepay & ADP). Assist in merit increase campaigns.
- Employee Support: Assist with onboarding & offboarding of employees and trainees. Address queries on HRIS, payslips, compensation, and benefits. Support international employees with work certificates, medical claims, and travel discounts.
- HR Projects & Recruitment: Contribute to HR projects with the manager. Manage the trainee recruitment campaign.
Who We’re Looking For
- University student looking to specialize in Human Resources (placement year).
- Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- IT literate (Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
What We Offer
- Salary: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour (Minimum wage - depending on age)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (optional 2‑day per week work from home) 9:00-17:30
