We’re looking for a Chef & Lunchtime Supervisor to join our Holiday Club team, preparing tasty two-course lunches (main and dessert) for between 5–30 children and supporting with lunchtime supervision.

At Clubland, we’re a small, family-run business passionate about giving children safe, fun, and enriching holiday experiences. Good food and a positive lunchtime routine are an important part of that – and that’s where you come in.

The Role
  • Plan & prepare a simple two-course menu (main & dessert) each day, catering for dietary needs.
  • Cook & serve meals for a small group of children (between 5–30).
  • Keep it safe – follow food hygiene standards and maintain a clean, organised kitchen.
  • Support lunchtime – sit with and supervise children, encouraging good eating habits and making sure lunchtime runs smoothly.
  • Work as a team – liaise with Playworkers and Club Managers to keep things running seamlessly.
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and experienced in cooking for groups (schools, nurseries, or community settings ideal).
  • Knowledgeable about food hygiene and dietary requirements (Food Hygiene training provided if needed).
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Friendly and supportive – enjoys working around children and being part of a small team.
The Practical Bits
  • Location: Oxshott, Surrey
  • Hours: 10:00–13:00, Monday to Friday during school holidays (job share available)
  • Contract: Part-time, permanent, variable hours
  • Pay: Β£12.21/hr starting rate, plus 12.07% holiday pay uplift (total Β£13.68/hr). Pay increases with training and years of service.
  • Training: Food hygiene training included and paid for
