We are looking for talented and experienced Senior Integrated Producers / Project Managers to partner with our creative teams in creating incredible work for some of the world's leading clients. Producers at CH.S play a central role in managing all our projects, owning them from the initial brief through to the final launch. Sitting within the delivery team and reporting to our Executive Producer, you will be working primarily with our creative department, whose aim is to produce strategically sound and creatively progressive multi-platform ideas for our Global clients.
You will be responsible for the detailed project management and delivery of global campaigns which span all platforms. A proven creative thinker, capable of engaging and inspiring our internal team, you will need to love solving problems, be adaptable and commercially savvy whilst driving successful collaboration between cross-department teams.
Within this role you will be running the internal production processes and working alongside our talented team to drive projects from end to end. You will work very closely with both our clients and internal teams to scope, plan and manage projects and resources. You will help source the right production partners to fulfil projects to the highest standard, and help build strong working relationships with client, agency and external partners.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Project Timings: Extensive experience in developing end-to-end project and production timings for a variety of creative ideas. Anticipate the evolution of a project and adapt the workflow, timings and schedule. Experience in developing and managing detailed post-production timelines and running stills and motion post work-streams with multiple internal and external partners.
- Budget Management: Scoping and estimating the team and time needed to fulfil a variety of creative ideas throughout all stages of a project. Identifying and capturing all project requirements from the client brief and using this to build out all project documentation (SoW, Cost Estimates, Project plans) to a high standard. Preparing and managing detailed production budgets with the executive producer or third-party production partner and can create and manage detailed project and budget reconciliations. Tracking and maximising profitability on your projects.
- Internal resource and project management: Experienced in running internal project teams, managing resources and leading client communications. Understand and interpret the needs of each project and manage the resources of the internal team to ensure the best possible talent is assigned to each project. A natural collaborator with good communication skills, getting the best out of the team while driving the project forward. Take an active role in the PM department through mentoring and helping to create and maintain the team culture.
- Leading client communications: The producer role is client-facing and an important part of this hybrid role. Responsible for overall client delivery, communicate clearly and feel comfortable and confident in developing relationships with clients. As the main point of contact for clients, embody the CH.S ethos, anticipate client needs and communicate effortlessly with a variety of clients.
- Managing and collaborating with external partners: Passion for creating a variety of content and developing relationships with 3rd party suppliers, photographers, directors and film/animation/post-production houses. Have a repertoire of reliable external partners comfortable working with through all project stages including sourcing, contracting, scheduling, onboarding, managing and off-boarding.
- Pre-production and On-set experience: Confidently deliver a project through the pre-production process, working with both external partners and internal teams to successfully deliver a shoot. Experience running successful pre-production meetings. Comfortable building shoot schedules with the creative team and feeding into the 1st AD on set. Understand the roles and responsibilities of on-set teams and working alongside local fixers, shoot producers, client partners and talent.
- Creative Problem Solving: Use production experience and knowledge to help creatively problem solve, make challenging budgets work and find creative solutions to help deliver the project. Comfortable unpacking a client brief alongside the executive producer and identifying the needs to build out workflow, timings and costs and setting up the team.
- Contracting & BA Knowledge: Identify when and where in the workflow agreements, contracts and/or project licences are required. Experience building partner and licensing agreements. Knowledge of legal requirements that may affect the creative or create compliance issues for shoots.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong ability to communicate clearly.
- Several years experience working as a senior producer in a similar agency environment.
- Experience of working in side-by-side collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and delegate work efficiently.
- A confident team player, able to efficiently run projects and internal processes from brief to delivery.
- A passion and knowledge for all forms of creativity within a variety of production media.
- A creative vision and attitude that can help aid the creative process.
- Organised & natural multi-tasker who can prioritise with ease.
