We are proud to be a London Living Wage employer. Join Birchwood at The Conduit as Waiter and be part of an exciting chef-led opening from Will Devlin in the heart of Covent Garden. This will be the second Birchwood restaurant, and third restaurant with Will at the helm. It is a beautifully considered restaurant offering all day dining, with breakfasts and grab and go during the day, moving into small plates and sharing platters in the evening.
This is an opportunity for passionate hospitality professionals to join a warm, quality-led restaurant focused on exceptional guest experience, seasonal produce and thoughtful service. As a Waiter, you will work across different areas of the restaurant, supporting table service, hosting, drinks and guest interaction, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience for every member and guest.
We are looking for candidates with experience in a busy restaurant, members club or hospitality environment, although personality and attitude are just as important as experience. You should be friendly, professional and confident communicating with guests, with a genuine passion for hospitality and great food and drink. You will be adaptable, calm under pressure and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
In return, you’ll join a values-driven team focused on thoughtful hospitality, exceptional produce and creating memorable guest experiences, with the opportunity to grow within an ambitious new restaurant. These roles are available on either a full-time, 40 hour per week contract, or part-time, 20 hour per week contract, across a 7 day operation. You must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK without the requirement for sponsorship.
