We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to lead on the marketing and PR for our Change the Scene project. This landmark programme will showcase our artists releasing new music in 2026, deliver a national tour across 10 towns and cities plus 4 major festivals, launch an accessible gig toolkit, and oversee the rebranding of our Leisure Link Magazine and Podcast.

This role is essential to raising the profile of our artists and amplifying their work to the widest possible audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive outreach and communications strategy (including social media) tailored to each strand of Change the Scene, ensuring our artists, events, and resources are visible, celebrated, and accessible. You will also build and nurture relationships with media, local communities, and industry professionals, and foster meaningful partnerships with relevant organisations to maximise the impact of this ambitious programme.

A flat fee of £2,000 (based on 10 days @ £200/day) will be paid for developing a full Marketing & PR Strategy tailored to Club Soda’s Change the Scene programme. This will include identifying key audiences, timelines, press targets, platform strategies, and messaging. Following this, we will offer a freelance contract at £1,000/month (based on approx. 5 days @ £200/day), to deliver and refine the strategy across a 6-month probationary period. This will cover content creation, PR campaigns, social media management, and partnership comms. Ongoing review will be held monthly, with a formal review at 6 months to assess continuation and scope for longer-term collaboration.
