Worcestershire County Cricket Club is seeking a Head of Women’s & Girls’ Cricket to lead overall direction, performance and development of Women’s & Girls’ cricket within the club. The role spans the pathway from junior age groups to the Women’s senior team, ensuring a connected approach to identifying and developing talent.
The post includes line management of the younger-age pathway lead, with day-to-day coaching, programme delivery and accountability for quality and direction of the pathway.
