This is an exciting opportunity to join cricket's Chance to Shine's fundraising team and help shape the next phase of our growth.
The Trusts and Foundations Officer is responsible for securing and growing income from charitable trusts and foundations through the development of funding applications, effective stewardship, and high-quality reporting. The role offers the chance to build funder relationships, contribute to ambitious fundraising plans, and play a key part in enabling more young people to access the life-changing opportunities cricket can provide.
The role would suit a dynamic fundraiser looking to develop their skills and knowledge within an established and ambitious charity.
You may already be working in fundraising or the charity sector, but we would also encourage applicants from other sectors with transferable skills to apply for this position. You could come from a communications, marketing, research, bid writing or relationship management background. If you are a strong writer, enjoy building relationships, can make sense of different types of information and are organised in managing deadlines and detail, many of your skills could transfer well into this role.
This is a London Office based contract. A minimum of two days a week in the office would be required with the option to work from home on the other days. The role holder will need to be flexible as and when they are required to attend meetings, events, mostly in London but elsewhere around the country.
