Location Over 20 different events to work across, possible 4/5 days per event

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Event Managers to take a leading role in the delivery, and on event management and operating of our Ultra Challenge Series.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, has exceptional operational and people management skills, and can confidently oversee large scale event logistics from concept through to live delivery.

The successful candidates will be comissioned for on event roles across the UK delivery both the 2026 and 2027 events, with opportunities for “off season” planning, reccee and project work to help us lead and grow the series of the events.
