As a General Manager you will lead and inspire your team members, overseeing and being responsible for safety, standards and service throughout the club. You will maintain a positive, productive working relationship with all other team members., and help to create an environment where all team members enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the cluband business as a whole.

You will ensure all members and guests receive the highest levels of customer service at all times from employees, and continually look for ways to improve the quality of the service provided. You will also ensure the prioritization of health & safety management by all Department Heads ensuring relevant policiesand safe systems of work are fully implemented across all departments and all team members are adequatelytrained and fully aware of their responsibilities and such training is recorded.
