The newly designed, Club Quarters Hotel, St Paul's, is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic experienced hotelier to join our vibrant team. As a Guest Experience/Duty Manager, you will be connecting with our guests and crafting memorable experiences while providing exceptional service and essentially contributing to the overall vibe of our hotel. You will make the first impression to our guests and play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Service with a Smile - Greet guests with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
  • Passion for Hospitality - You have a sincere passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to create positive experiences.
  • Extend Warm Welcomes - Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  • Show your personality to deliver an intimate and personalised guest experience.
  • Be a Local Expert - Recommend restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems based on guest interests.
  • Go the Extra Mile - Anticipate needs, resolve issues promptly, and personalise the experience whenever possible.

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and passion for customer service and creating a welcoming guest experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills served with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled work hours.
  • Previous experience in a lifestyle-type hotel reception a plus.
