Job Overview
Club Med is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Travel Sales Agent to join our vibrant call centre team located in Wimbledon, London. As a Travel Sales Agent (Direct), you will be the first point of contact for direct customers, delivering expert advice, customized travel solutions and seamless booking experiences. This role combines sales prowess with high-level customer service, requiring an in-depth understanding of our customers\\\’ needs and preferences for beach escapes, luxurious ski resorts, or family adventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Club Med packages and offers to customers through multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and more).
- Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers interested in Club Med holidays; perform outbound follow-ups to promote offers, recruit new clients, support modifications, and strengthen relationships.
- Provide accurate information on Club Med Terms & Conditions, destinations, accommodation, activities, transport, and pricing.
- Convert inquiries into sales by communicating the value proposition and guiding customers to use self-service on the website when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
- Process bookings: collect necessary information accurately, use internal sales tools correctly, follow processes, and process payments efficiently.
- Upsell additional services or amenities (e.g., spa treatments, excursions, room upgrades) to enhance the holiday experience and increase revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service at any stage of the booking process in line with Club Med standards and terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, booking details, and sales transactions using company tools.
- Remain updated on terms and conditions, promotions, procedures related to Club Med resorts, sales techniques and tools; identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback for optimization.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience
- Solid knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
- Experience in a similar position and sector
- Mastery of sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ski travel is advantageous
- Knowledge of Amadeus is beneficial
Languages
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
