The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in building the future of Club L London by attracting and hiring top-tier talent across operational and creative functions. This role goes beyond recruiting — it’s about being a strategic partner to hiring managers, championing our employer brand, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, from creative and design to operations, marketing, e-commerce, and finance.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screens, manage candidate communications, and guide candidates through the full interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to structure interviews and ensure a smooth, inclusive selection process.
- Leverage data and market insights to influence decisions and continuously improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Represent the brand in a compelling and authentic way that attracts aligned talent.
- Support employer branding initiatives including careers page content, social recruiting, and candidate experience surveys.
- Help scale TA operations by optimizing systems, tools, and workflows.
More About You
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-pace/high growth, fashion or retail brand.
- Strong understanding of the fashion and retail talent landscape.
- Proactive, relationship-driven, and skilled at managing multiple roles and priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
