- Allocate workloads based on deadlines, launches, and priorities
- Maintain consistent quality across multiple external vendors
- Provide clear, actionable creative and technical feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with post-production partners
- Website Image Upload & Maintenance
- Own the uploading and maintenance of all imagery on the website
- Ensure correct file formats, sizing, optimisation, and product association
- Maintain consistent visual presentation across PDPs
- Action image updates and amends requested by E-commerce, Buying, Marketing, or Brand teams
- Act as the final quality check before imagery goes live
- Workflow, Scheduling & Delivery
- Create and manage post-production schedules aligned to shoot calendars and launch dates
- Track asset progress across multiple categories and concurrent launches
- Proactively flag risks, delays, or resourcing issues
- Continuously improve workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and accuracy
- Quality Control & Brand Consistency
- Maintain consistent retouching and finishing standards across all imagery
- Oversee colour accuracy, cropping, composition, and overall image quality
- Ensure assets align with brand guidelines and creative direction
- Act as the final quality gate before assets are released or uploaded
- Asset Management
- Ensure all files are correctly named, versioned, and archived
- Maintain clean, logical asset organisation and folder structures
- Support DAM and CMS organisation and asset retrieval
- Ensure teams can easily access approved, up-to-date assets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative & Design, E-commerce, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing & Paid Media, and Social & Content teams
- Translate creative direction into clear post-production briefs
- Deliver assets that are fully ready for use, reducing rework and delays
