The Role
We are looking for a Post Production Coordinator to support our Creative team by managing the day-to-day coordination of post-production workflows across photography, video, and digital assets. Reporting into the Post Production Manager, this is a hands-on, operational role suited to someone highly organised, detail-driven, and confident working with large volumes of creative content in a fast-moving environment. You will ensure assets move smoothly from shoot delivery through post-production, upload, and final live use across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Production Coordination
- Coordinate post-production workflows across photography, video, and graphic assets
- Track asset progress from shoot delivery through to final approval
- Liaise with retouchers, video editors, designers, and internal teams to meet deadlines
- Proactively chase deliveries and flag risks or delays to the Post Production Manager
- Maintain clear trackers and provide regular status updates
- File Preparation & Delivery
- Prepare assets for post-production and upload, including file naming, version control, resizing, and exporting to required specifications
- Ensure correct formats are supplied for each channel
- Carry out initial technical checks before assets are sent for review
- Support smooth handovers between teams
- Website Image Upload & Updates
- Upload approved imagery to the website in line with brand and e-commerce standards
- Ensure correct product association, image order, and presentation across PDPs
- Action image updates and amends as directed
- Double-check live imagery for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Social & Campaign Asset Support
- Organise, save, and archive social-first assets including imagery, video cut-downs, and campaign content
- Ensure assets are clearly labelled by campaign, date, and channel
- Work closely with Social and Content teams to provide quick access to approved assets
- Content Pulls & Internal Requests
- Act as a go-to support for sourcing and supplying assets for Social, Marketing, E-commerce, Paid Media, and Brand teams
- Quickly locate and deliver content based on briefs or usage requirements
- Ensure only current, approved, and on-brand assets are shared
- Support ad-hoc requests while maintaining organisation and version control
- Asset Management & Quality Control
- Organise and archive assets using internal systems and naming conventions
- Maintain clean, logical folder structures across all asset libraries
- Carry out initial checks for missing assets, incorrect versions, or obvious technical issues
- Escalate quality or consistency concerns where needed
- Support DAM or CMS housekeeping and improvements
About You
- Experience coordinating post-production workflows for photography and/or video
- Comfortable managing high volumes of digital assets in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, detail-orientated and able to maintain accurate, reliable systems
- Able to juggle multiple requests and deadlines while staying calm under pressure
- Strong communicator, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite workflows and file formats
- Experience uploading and managing assets on CMS or e-commerce platforms
- Confident using trackers, spreadsheets, and workflow management tools
