Your main purpose...

Reporting to our Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in the execution and development of Club L London’s global outreach strategy, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and alignment with the brand’s vision. Your role will be essential in expanding and strengthening the brand’s global presence. You will assist in implementing outreach initiatives to enhance brand awareness, build trust, create engaging content, and drive revenue. Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and up-and-coming creators, you will identify new opportunities for brand partnerships.

We’re seeking a passionate, forward-thinking team player and strong communicator. With a solid understanding of brands and creators, you’ll bring fresh ideas and innovative initiatives to drive sales, expand reach, and elevate brand awareness through creator partnerships. This role is offered at Executive level with a clear pathway to Senior Executive and Manager for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Full end-to-end 360 campaign management
  • Influencer discovery and outreach
  • Negotiations, contracting, and briefing
  • Content and brand alignment
  • Campaign execution and coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Track campaign performance, spend, and ROI
  • Leverage your network to drive audiences towards campaigns using promotional codes to increase revenue
  • Ensure all content and collaborations align with Club L's brand image, tone, and aesthetic
  • Maintain clear reporting and analytics on all influencer activity and campaign outcomes

About You

  • Strong experience in a similar influencer marketing or outreach role
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brand-aligned influencers and agencies through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism
  • Organised and results-driven, with the ability to manage campaign timelines, track performance, and ensure all deliverables are completed successfully and on time
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of ROI
  • Experience within e-commerce, fashion, or a premium brand is advantageous
