The Role We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Supplier Relationship Manager – Sourcing to take ownership of supplier relationships and support the development and performance of our global supplier base. The role will be responsible for building strong, long-term supplier partnerships, understanding supplier capabilities, monitoring performance and ensuring the right suppliers are allocated to the right opportunities. Working closely with the Design, Product, Production and Technical teams, the role will provide supplier insight and recommendations while supporting the Head of Sourcing with supplier onboarding, supplier performance and business terms negotiations. Key Responsibilities Supplier Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, professional and long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners. Act as a key point of contact between the business and supplier base. Develop a strong understanding of each supplier's capabilities, capacity, strengths and areas for development. Establish regular communication and supplier review processes. Provide clear, constructive and timely feedback to suppliers. Build supplier accountability while maintaining positive and collaborative relationships. Develop strong supplier partnerships that support the long-term sourcing strategy. Supplier Allocation
