Overview
The In-House Photographer will be the driving force behind Club L London’s visual output—capturing, curating, and elevating every image that represents our brand. From sharp e-commerce imagery to behind-the-scenes content, events, and ghost mannequin photography, you will bring creative vision and technical mastery to every project.
This role blends hands-on shooting with creative direction, lighting expertise, and post-production oversight. You will work closely with the Brand Director to interpret the brand vision- managing campaign assets from external photographers, ensuring seamless colour matching, brand consistency, and image quality across all platforms, owning the final image direction and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire photography workflow, from shoot to retouch and file delivery.
- Manage and review imagery from external campaign photographers, ensuring consistency and technical excellence.
- Direct internal and external retouching to achieve flawless results while retaining authenticity.
- Oversee colour correction and product colour matching to ensure imagery is true-to-life and aligned with e-commerce requirements.
- Direct the final retouch, grade and treatment across all campaign assets
What We’re Looking For
- A creative photographer with a proven track record in fashion, e-commerce, and imagery creation.
- Expert in lighting, composition, and model direction, with a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Skilled in Capture One, Photoshop, and colour grading techniques.
- Confident managing both hands-on photography and post-production direction.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how imagery drives sales and brand positioning.
- Strong communicator who can inspire collaboration across teams.
- A polished portfolio that showcases versatility, creativity, and technical excellence.
