Club L London is looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Spanish E-commerce Executive to support and grow our presence within the Spanish market. This role will be responsible for executing trading activity, optimizing the onsite customer journey, supporting campaign launches, and ensuring a seamless localized experience for Spanish customers.
Trading and Campaign Execution
- Work in synergy with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities and ways to improve brand presence within the Spanish market.
- Own and execute all key trading activity, ensuring major trading moments and campaigns are planned and delivered effectively.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing channel teams to ensure campaign consistency across all channels.
- Support business goals through effective site presentation, merchandising, curation, and execution of trading and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to support forward planning, campaign execution, and new product drops (NPDs).
Site Performance & Optimisation
- Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in site functionality, user experience, and product features.
- Create value throughout the onsite experience by identifying customer pain points and translating these into enhancement opportunities.
- Drive site improvements to maximize conversion, increase AOV (Average Order Value), and reduce bounce rate.
- Understand the wider impact of front-end and back-end site changes and communicate feedback, pressure points, and improvements to the wider business.
- Utilize analytical tools and reporting to monitor site performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Spanish Translation & Localisation
- Translate and localize product descriptions, marketing content, campaign messaging, banners, and onsite copy from English to Spanish.
- Ensure all Spanish content is culturally relevant, commercially effective, and aligned with Club L London's brand tone.
- Conduct quality checks and proofread Spanish content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and localization quality.
- Support Spanish customer experience through optimized localized content across the e‑commerce journey.
