The Role As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the group by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across creative, commercial, and operational functions. This role is designed for a senior talent professional who operates as a true business partner, someone who leads from the front on active headhunting, owns our employer brand strategy, and works closely with senior stakeholders to deliver long-term hiring impact. You will take ownership of the full talent lifecycle, ensuring we attract high-calibre, values-aligned talent in a highly competitive market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Headhunting
- Deliver recruitment support across both the UK and international markets, partnering with hiring managers to meet hiring needs across multiple locations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK-based and overseas roles, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience regardless of geography.
- Conduct initial phone screens, manage candidate communications, and guide candidates through the full interview process.
- Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting activity across domestic and international talent pools, engaging candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-led approaches.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers across different regions and time zones, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines spanning the UK and international markets to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Employer Branding
- Lead the design, development, and execution of our employer brand strategy, ensuring it authentically reflects our culture, values, and aesthetic.
- Act as a confident and compelling brand ambassador, representing the business in the external talent market.
- Continuously enhance the candidate experience through content, feedback loops, and experience-led initiatives.
- Gather and analyse candidate insights to strengthen and evolve the employer value proposition.
- Talent Strategy & Insights
- Use data, market intelligence, and hiring metrics to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve quality-of-hire and time-to-hire.
- Provide insight into talent market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability to support workforce planning.
- Support the evolution of TA tools, systems, and processes to enable scale and efficiency.

Essential
- 3+ years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth or brand-led business with strong experience in active headhunting and direct outreach.
- Proven experience leading and developing an employer brand with clear ownership and accountability.
- A strategic, long-term view of talent, with the ability to balance business needs with candidate and employee experience.
- A proactive, relationship-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities with pace and precision.
- A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Desirable
- Previous experience within a fashion, luxury, retail, or lifestyle environment (highly desirable, but not essential).
- Experience recruiting internationally, with a strong understanding of international labour laws and compliance requirements.
