Additionally, you will champion community engagement through in‑person styling events, creating immersive experiences that showcase the brand's vision. This role requires a highly organised, experienced, and trend‑savvy individual with a passion for luxury fashion and proven expertise in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.

Coordinate and care for all samples, ensuring they are steamed, pressed, and returned in impeccable condition. Assist product team in curating relevant and localised collections based on trend and data insights. Own end‑to‑end management of sample and stock orders, returns, and post‑shoot refreshing. Ensure all styling tools, accessories, and kit items are organized, cleaned, and ready for use. Lead and develop relationships with accessory designers for loans. Manage our pre‑loved circular fashion projects for accessories and kit.
  • On‑Set Styling & Talent Management: Execute flawless styling on‑set for e‑commerce, campaigns, and content shoots, making adjustments as needed with pace and precision. Communicate feedback to design teams regarding fit, quality, and trends. Build rapport with global talent, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout shoots.
  • Community & In‑Person Styling Leadership: Lead immersive, in‑person styling events, curating bespoke experiences that bring the brand to life for clients, influencers, and communities. Provide expert styling guidance and build relationships with attendees, elevating the customer experience and reinforcing brand loyalty.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with the Creative team, photographers, creative directors, MUAs, and hairstylists to bring the brand vision to life, contributing ideas and research. Partner closely with internal teams, including e‑commerce and customer service, to ensure consistent brand storytelling and highlight product USPs. Feed insights to marketing and creative teams, using trend research to highlight key trading opportunities.
  • Trend, Research & Reporting: Conduct ongoing trend and competitor research to inform styling, capsule collections, and campaign direction. Analyse data, including best sellers and pose performance, to guide styling decisions and maximise conversions. Present insights and recommendations to marketing, design, and creative teams to maintain cutting‑edge relevance.
  • Retouch & Quality Assurance: Liaise with retouch teams to ensure all images adhere to brand standards. Select and approve final imagery for e‑commerce, optimising for both aesthetic excellence and sales conversion.
