Founded in 2007, Club L was created with the vision of offering long-lasting luxury styles, trend-oriented collections with a twist and unique, statement designs that offer both exceptional quality and fit in an otherwise saturated market of fast-fashion and throw away goods. Accessible luxury through considered purchasing, limited edition collections that leave no wastage and responsible and ethical manufacturing are at the heart of the brand, world-renowned for its premium fabrications, inclusive sizing and affordable price points.
About KCR Group: KCR Group is a high-growth premium womenswear holding company headquartered in Manchester, operating two internationally recognised brands — Club L London (premium occasionwear) and Lavish Alice (elevated contemporary womenswear). With 13 international Shopify storefronts, wholesale partnerships with Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale's and Ounass across the GCC, and the US as our largest market, KCR Group is scaling rapidly across the EU, GCC, US and Australia. Having opened a Dubai office in January 2026 and with a third brand and London Hub launching in 2026, we are building the operational infrastructure of a genuinely global fashion group.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, highly organised and commercially aware Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-impact support to KCR Group's C-Suite and D-Suite leadership. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Brand Directors and other senior leaders, ensuring they operate at maximum effectiveness across a complex, multi-brand, multi-territory business.
This is not a traditional PA role. We are looking for an EA who acts as a true strategic partner — someone who thinks ahead, manages risk before it surfaces, communicates with authority on behalf of the leadership team and holds the executive function together in a business that operates across multiple time zones. You will be the connective tissue between leadership and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support & Diary Management: Provide comprehensive EA support to multiple C-Suite and D-Suite principals simultaneously, prioritising competing demands with confidence and discretion. Own complex, multi-timezone diary management across Manchester, Dubai, London and international markets — anticipating conflicts, protecting strategic time and ensuring principals are always prepared. Manage all travel logistics including international flights, visas, accommodation, ground transport and detailed itineraries for regular travel across the UK, UAE and global markets. Prepare, gate-keep and manage all correspondence, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a high-volume communications environment.
- Business Operations & Communications: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the leadership team with professionalism and brand-appropriate tone. Draft and review executive communications, board papers, presentations and briefing documents to a high standard. Manage cross-functional follow-through on leadership actions — tracking decisions, ensuring deadlines are met across departments and escalating where required. Liaise with external partners including investors, wholesale accounts, legal advisors, PR agencies and international offices with confidence.
- Project & Event Coordination: Support key strategic projects including brand launches, international office operations, leadership offsites, investor meetings and commercial partnerships. Coordinate logistics for leadership events, board meetings, brand events and press occasions — from internal planning sessions to external-facing occasions. Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of executive-level meetings, including pre-reads, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Confidentiality & Governance: Maintain absolute discretion in handling commercially sensitive information across people, commercial, legal and strategic matters. Support governance requirements including board documentation, regulatory filings and entity management across UK and UAE legal structures. Manage contracts, NDAs and time-sensitive documents, coordinating with legal counsel as required.
- Finance & Expenses: Manage executive expense reporting, invoice approvals and budget reconciliation for the leadership team. Process and track purchase orders, supplier payments and other finance-related administration on behalf of principals.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior EA or PA role supporting C-Suite executives, ideally within a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, fashion or consumer brand environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex, multi-timezone diaries and international travel logistics at pace.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - able to draft board-level documents, concise briefings and stakeholder correspondence independently.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools (Asana, Trello, Linear or equivalent) and digital communication platforms.
- Proven ability to work with absolute confidentiality and professionalism on sensitive business matters.
- Strong commercial awareness - able to understand business context, anticipate what leadership needs and make smart independent decisions.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset and high tolerance for ambiguity in a scaling business.
Desirable:
- Experience within a multi-brand group or holding company structure.
- Exposure to international entity management.
- Experience supporting more than one principal simultaneously at C-Suite level.
- Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce operations or digital retail environments.
- Experience in a business with rapid headcount growth, international expansion or private equity backing.
