The Role

We're looking for an Events Manager to join our growing Brand team at Club L London.

You'll be responsible for creating and delivering premium global events, from influencer activations and brand experiences to international trips and pop-ups, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Club L brand.

Working closely with teams across Brand, Creative, Social, and E-commerce, you'll manage events end-to-end - from concept and planning through to execution.

We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that drive brand engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the planning and delivery of premium global events from concept through to execution, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Club L brand.
  • Manage a calendar of influencer events, community activations, pop-ups, brand experiences and international brand trips.
  • Support the development of creative event concepts that are culturally relevant, aesthetically exceptional and aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
  • Own end-to-end project management including budgets, timelines, supplier management, guestlists, logistics and on-site delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Social, and E-commerce teams to maximise campaign impact.
  • Analyse event performance against KPIs including reach, engagement, content output and commercial impact via detailed reporting.

  • Strong creative eye with a passion for premium aesthetics, luxury hospitality and elevated customer experiences.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of how events contribute to brand awareness, engagement and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, content creation and social media platforms.

  • Experience working within premium fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with global markets including the UK, Europe and the US.
  • Existing network of luxury venues, production agencies and premium suppliers.
  • Staying ahead of emerging trends across fashion, luxury, hospitality and experiential marketing to continually evolve Club L's event offering.
