The Role
Club L London and Lavish Alice are luxury fashion brands celebrated for statement occasion wear, impeccable fit, and trend-led designs. As Group Stylist, you will curate and execute high-impact, premium looks for global campaigns, e-commerce shoots and digital content. You will lead the styling process across pre-shoot preparation, on-set execution and post-shoot wrap-up, ensuring every detail reflects the brand's luxurious aesthetic. Additionally, you will champion community engagement through in‑person styling events, creating immersive experiences that showcase the brand's vision. This role requires a highly organised, experienced and trend-savvy individual with a passion for luxury fashion and proven expertise in fast‑paced, high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a pristine, fully stocked styling kit.
- Coordinate and care for all samples, ensuring they are steamed, pressed and returned in impeccable condition.
- Assist product team in curating relevant and localised collections based on trend and data insights.
- Own end-to-end management of sample and stock orders, returns and post-shoot refreshing.
- Ensure all styling tools, accessories and kit items are organized, cleaned and ready for use.
- Lead and develop relationships with accessory designers for loans.
- Manage our pre-loved circular fashion projects for accessories and kit.
