You’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end production of creative shoots – from e-commerce to campaign to still life – ensuring every asset is delivered on time, on budget, and to brief.
This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic, highly organised producer with a background in fashion e-commerce and content creation. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of talent, trends, and technology, with experience in international production environments and a willingness to travel for shoots across key markets – including the Middle East and the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Shoot Management
- Own end-to-end production of campaign, e-commerce, and still-life shoots, both in-house and internationally on location.
- Develop detailed call sheets, production schedules, and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Acting as the main point of contact for campaign delivery—managing communication flow with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Book and manage all shoot talent including photographers, stylists, MUAs, and freelancers – both locally and internationally.
- Working collaborately with model booker to ensure all the right models are booked for the shoot.
- Manage all logistics including studios, travel, locations, props, permits, and samples.
- Lead on location planning and execution for overseas shoots, particularly across the Middle East and US, ensuring smooth delivery across different time zones and markets.
Creative Workflow & Studio Ops
- Support day-to-day operations across the photo studio, ensuring smooth delivery of BAU and ad hoc projects.
- Collaborate closely with stylists, photographers, art directors, and merch teams to ensure content is delivered to brief.
- Track and manage samples, shoot equipment, and studio consumables.
- Support in developing and refining production processes, identifying efficiency gaps and improvements.
- Collaborating across departments (creative, editorial, design, production, marketing, merchandising, etc.) to align project objectives, handoffs, and approvals.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage shoot budgets, raise POs, track costs, and ensure financial accountability across international and domestic projects.
- Provide regular reporting across shoot output, budget spend, and resource utilisation.
- Maintain cost trackers and production calendars to ensure visibility and planning across teams.
Talent & Trend Scouting
- Proactively source and build relationships with emerging talent – photographers, and creative collaborators – aligned with the Club L aesthetic.
- Stay on top of global industry trends and competitor activity to keep our creative fresh and competitive.
- Cast and coordinate talent across global markets, including the Middle East and the US, to support Club L’s expanding international footprint.
Quality Assurance & Brand Alignment
- Maintaining brand consistency across campaigns, ensuring each piece of content aligns with Club L’s luxury identity.
Who You Are
- A confident producer with 2–4 years’ experience in a fast-paced fashion studio, e-commerce brand, or international production environment.
- Meticulously organised, calm under pressure, and capable of spinning multiple plates.
- Experienced in coordinating both local and international shoots, including logistics, travel, and cultural adaptation.
- Commercially minded – you understand the importance of delivering on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Creative at heart with a passion for fashion, trends, and storytelling.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel essential), with familiarity in production tools (e.g. Creative Force, Asana, or Trello).
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong network of industry contacts and a sharp eye for model/talent casting.
- Open to regular international travel, including shoots in the Middle East and the US, with occasional weekend productions.
