The Role

Roles And Responsibilities
Intake Management
- Oversee the critical path, ensuring all styles are on time and lateness is flagged, to ensure optimal availability and on‑time collection launches.
- Manage and oversee the MAA on the Delivery Schedule: communicate with suppliers/production, chase intakes & make commercial decisions.
Trading
- Review & identify rebuys on newness & bestsellers weekly.
- Update & forecast line cards, proposing actions.
- Review seasonal markdowns.
Analysis
- Update Monday Trade reporting & WSSI.
- Analyse weekly reports to provide trade commentary and actions to the Merchandiser.
- Review daily sales, suggesting actions to drive performance.
- Sizing analysis for newness & rebuys.
- Assist the Merchandiser with seasonal lessons‑learnt analysis.
- Ad‑hoc analysis to support the Merchandiser.
Other
- Support our Merchandising Admin Assistants with any administrative tasks and develop their skill set where needed.
- Manage day‑to‑day workload of Merchandising Admin Assistants.
- Establish strong working relationships with Production, Warehouse, Garment Tech, Design & Suppliers.
More About You
- Previous experience in merchandising or a stock management role ideally within retail.
- Excellent organisation skills with strong ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Strong Excel skills with a high level of numeracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to liaise with team members across the business at all levels.
- Quick to identify issues and have good initiative to provide appropriate solutions.
- Commercial mindset with strong knowledge of the importance of how stock impacts sales.
