The Role

We are looking for a Post Production Manager to own the end-to-end post-production process across all photography, video, and digital assets. This is a hands‑on, detail‑obsessed role responsible for ensuring every asset — from shoot wrap through to live on site — meets Club L London’s creative, brand, and technical standards. You will oversee post‑production workflows, manage external vendors, and act as the final quality gate before assets go live across all channels. Working closely with Creative, E‑commerce, Buying, Marketing, and Content teams, this role plays a critical part in how our product and campaigns are presented globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post‑Production Ownership
    • Own the full post‑production lifecycle across: E‑commerce imagery (PDPs, colourways, crops, thumbnails), Campaign photography, Video content (campaign, social, paid media), Motion and graphic assets.
    • Manage post‑production from raw delivery through to final approval.
    • Ensure all assets meet Club L London’s creative, brand, and technical standards.
  • Team & Vendor Management
    • Brief, manage, and review work from retouchers, video editors, and graphic designers.
    • Allocate workloads based on deadlines, launches, and priorities.
    • Maintain consistent quality across multiple external vendors.
    • Provide clear, actionable creative and technical feedback.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with post‑production partners.
  • Website Image Upload & Maintenance
    • Own the uploading and maintenance of all imagery on the website.
    • Ensure correct file formats, sizing, optimisation, and product association.
    • Maintain consistent visual presentation across PDPs.
    • Action image updates and amends requested by E‑commerce, Buying, Marketing, or Brand teams.
    • Act as the final quality check before imagery goes live.
  • Workflow, Scheduling & Delivery
    • Create and manage post‑production schedules aligned to shoot calendars and launch dates.
    • Track asset progress across multiple categories and concurrent launches.
    • Proactively flag risks, delays, or resourcing issues.
    • Continuously improve workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Quality Control & Brand Consistency
    • Maintain consistent retouching and finishing standards across all imagery.
    • Oversee colour accuracy, cropping, composition, and overall image quality.
    • Ensure assets align with brand guidelines and creative direction.
    • Act as the final quality gate before assets are released or uploaded.
  • Asset Management
    • Ensure all files are correctly named, versioned, and archived.
    • Maintain clean, logical asset organisation and folder structures.
    • Support DAM and CMS organisation and asset retrieval.
    • Ensure teams can easily access approved, up-to-date assets.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Creative & Design, E‑commerce, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing & paid media, and Social & Content teams.
    • Translate creative direction into clear post‑production briefs.
    • Deliver assets that are fully ready for use, reducing rework and delays.

About You

  • Experience in post‑production within fashion or beauty, with a strong understanding of high‑end retouching, fashion photography workflows, and video post‑production.
  • Proven experience managing high‑volume e‑commerce imagery while maintaining exceptional visual and brand standards.
  • Highly organised and detail‑driven, with the ability to manage complex workflows, multiple launches, and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
  • Confident providing clear, constructive creative and technical feedback to external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong eye for brand consistency, colour accuracy, cropping, and overall image quality.
  • Technically confident across Adobe Creative Suite workflows, colour management, and image optimisation for web.
  • Comfortable working with CMS and/or DAM platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience supporting paid media creative, scaling post‑production workflows, or working across international markets is a plus.
