With 46 years’ experience, Club Europe are UK leaders in organising youth travel. We are specialists in school ski tours, concert and educational tours, throughout Europe and beyond.
We are looking for a dynamic new Ski Tours Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week with a minimum of 30 minutes per day lunch break (unpaid).
Our ski tours team arranges school and youth tours to European ski resorts for both UK and international schools. We create bespoke ski trips including all the essential ski elements, plus excursions, to meet our clients’ individual requirements.
Hybrid working (London office + remote working) ~ Training – initially in our London office 2-3 days per week with offer increased remote flexibility upon the successful completion of probation for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Passion for skiing or snowboarding
- At least 1 year’s sales and customer service experience
- Experience of travelling to or working in European ski resorts
- Excellent standard of spoken and written English
- Outstanding communication, customer service and people skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and ability to learn new systems and tools
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and contacting ski leaders with the aim of promoting our ski tours and securing initial consultations.
- Developing strategies and using successful sales tools and techniques to convert prospective clients into sales.
- Using your own ski and travel experience to advise clients on our destinations and ski products.
- Meeting your sales target.
