Full time, permanent role – 37.5 hours a week (Mon-Fri). With 46 years’ experience, Club Europe are UK leaders in organising youth travel. We are specialists in school concert tours, ski trips, sports trips and educational tours, throughout Europe and beyond. We are looking for a dynamic new Concert Tours Account Manager to join our growing team.

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week with a minimum of 30 minutes per day lunch break (unpaid). Our Concert Tours team arrange school, youth and adult concert tours to Europe and beyond for choirs, bands and orchestras. We create tailor made tours incorporating a finely tuned blend of excursions and performance opportunities.

Club Europe provides:

  • Salary: £30,000 base salary + commission. OTE £35,000 in first year (uncapped).
  • Hybrid working (London office + remote working). Initial training is based in our London office 2–3 days per week. For the right candidate, we offer increased remote flexibility upon the successful completion of probation.
  • 28 days holidays (8 bank holidays inclusive) plus 3 gifted Christmas closure days.

Do you have the following?

  • Music degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience of performing in an ensemble.
  • Travel experience and sound knowledge of Europe.
  • At least 1 year’s sales and customer service experience.
  • Determination and resilience, with high levels of confidence.
  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English.
  • Finely tuned administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Outstanding communication, customer service and people skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and ability to learn new systems and tools.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying and contacting music teachers via targeted email campaigns to promote our portfolio of European concert tours and securing initial consultations.
  • Developing strategies and using successful sales tools and techniques to convert prospective clients into sales.
  • Using your own music and travel experience in advising clients on our destinations and music products.
  • Managing warm leads and ensuring Club Europe remains the preferred choice over competitors.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with your clients until their departure on tour, through meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Meeting your sales target.
