Overview

Your main objective: generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and identify the challenges faced by our prospects (HR teams / Executives)
  • Prospect via phone, this is a hunter role
  • Generate qualified meetings and log all collected prospect data into our CRM
  • Qualify leads: understand prospects’ needs, explain how our platform works and generate genuine interest
  • Work in tandem with Account Executives and hand off qualified leads
  • Progressively level up: shadow AEs in client meetings and learn the fundamentals of closing
