We're looking forWe're looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Personal Trainer to join our founding team at our brand-new premium independent gym.
This role combines delivering exceptional personal training with supporting the day-to-day operation of the club. When you're not coaching clients, you'll be an active presence on the gym floor and at reception, ensuring every member receives an outstanding experience.

THE ROLE
As a Personal Trainer you'll help members achieve outstanding results while supporting the smooth running of a premium club.
Your responsibilities will include:
Personal Training:
- Deliver high-quality one-to-one and small group personal training sessions. - Conduct consultations, goal-setting appointments, and fitness assessments. - Design personalised training programmes tailored to members' needs. - Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service and member engagement. - Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, and accountability to help members achieve lasting results. Maintain accurate client records and track progress
Member Experience & Club Support - Welcome members and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service at all times. - Support reception by checking members in, answering telephone calls, responding to enquires, and assisting with membership sales. - Carry out club tours and promote memberships and personal training services. - Assist with opening and closing procedures where required. - Help maintain the cleanliness: organisation and presentation of the gym to premium standards. - Clean and check equipment throughout the day and report any maintenance issues. - Assist with administrative tasks: booking and member communication. - Support social media by creating engaging fitness content and promoting club activities. - Help deliver member events, fitness challenges and community initiatives. - Work closely with the management to ensure the club operates smoothly and every member receives an exceptional experience.
ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (Essential) - Recognised Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A proactive, positive and professional attitude. - Confidence in promoting and selling personal training services - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - A willingness to support reception and daily club operation as part of a collaborative team - Flexibility to work mornings, evening, weekends and bank holidays where required. xehkeey
