Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive to join Club Control. This is a field-based role covering mainly the South of the UK, focused on winning new business and maximising every sales opportunity.
Club Control is the UK’s leading supplier of EPOS equipment, membership solutions, door access systems and management software for the sports and social club sector. Established in 2014, we support more than 3,000 customers nationwide.
This role is ideal for an experienced Field Sales Executive who thrives on closing deals, building strong customer relationships and exceeding targets. A background in hospitality sales would be an advantage, but it is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will attend customer appointments arranged by our internal sales team, deliver compelling product demonstrations and use your sales expertise to convert opportunities into revenue.
Role Details
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Starting base salary of £30,000, with OTE of £100,000+ uncapped, plus monthly commission and additional bonus incentives
- Benefits: Company car with fuel card, company pension, laptop and mobile phone
- Travel: Regular travel is expected as part of this role, including overnight stays where required
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations and building strong relationships with club officials, officers and directors in person, by email and over the phone
- Negotiating confidently, closing deals and winning new business
- Following up warm leads, generating your own pipeline and creating new opportunities through proactive business development
- Maximising conversion, driving revenue growth and making the most of every sales opportunity
About You
- A full manual driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
- A high-energy, target-driven and self-motivated approach
- A strong desire to succeed, with the drive, resilience and tenacity to exceed targets
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider sales team
