Your main responsibilities will include:\\n \\nProviding administrative support for various contracts. \\nPreparing and sending job quotes for cleaning and pest control services. \\nUpdating client portals with the latest information.
\\nScheduling mobile teams for on-site jobs. \\nManaging payroll and processing timesheets. \\nCreating and processing worksheets efficiently.
What We’re Looking For\\n Essential Requirements:\\n \\nProven experience in a similar administrative/scheduling role. \\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. \\nExperience within maintenance.
