We are looking to recruit experienced Support Workers for permanent, part-time, or temporary positions, working within North Lanarkshire communities. If you have caring experience, then we would like to hear from you.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting vulnerable adults within their homes and community.
  • Providing personal care.
  • Housework.
  • Medication management.
  • Helping with day-to-day tasks and companionship.
  • Providing the highest level of care and support.

You need to be:

Successful candidates will:

  • Have a current PVG or be willing to join the scheme.
  • Have SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) membership or be willing to join the scheme.

  • The ability to confidently work alone and as part of a wider team.
  • Be able to work using your own initiative.
  • Have a driving license and access to your own car.

Due to the nature of the role, experience in care is preferred. You will need to hold N/SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
