The Receptionist is responsible for providing front-of-house support, coordinating in-house events, managing deliveries and mail, and supporting general administrative and facilities tasks. This role ensures a welcoming environment for visitors and guests, maintains smooth daily operations, and supports the overall efficiency of the office. This is a key role that involves interaction with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Reception duties: visitor booking into the 8BG portal, meeting room management, answering phones and greeting guests, ensure rooms are cleared after meetings and manage comfort levels of the rooms
  • Coordinate with Roadshow team on in-house events: Access Days, CLSA U, Group lunches
  • Receiving deliveries – (water, soft drinks, cereal) from loading bay
  • Distributing and collecting mail, franking post, booking couriers/DHL, loading bay booking for deliveries and raising permits
  • General administration/facilities assistance
  • Support with ordering of supplies and consumables for the office
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
