This role is responsible for risk-managing EMEA and US exotic equity derivative books while supporting pricing and structuring activities for sales and clients. The position involves close collaboration with traders and quantitative teams to enhance risk management tools and frameworks. The successful candidate will leverage a strong understanding of financial markets and equity exotic products to analyse trading opportunities, perform PnL attribution, and support strategic business decisions. Additionally, the role requires continuous monitoring of market conditions, news, and events to identify risks and opportunities, as well as conducting research to support business expansion initiatives.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Risk managing EMEA/US Exotic books
- Pricing equity exotic structures for sales and clients
- Collaborating with traders and quants to develop risk management tools
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and strategies
- Knowledge of equity derivatives exotics products
- Preparing/working on trading opportunities & PnL Attribution & business analysis
- Conducting market research on potential area of the business expansion
- Monitoring and analysing market conditions & news & events to identify risks and opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Solid knowledge of Equity Derivatives
- Minimum 6 years' experience in exotic derivatives/business
- Proficiency in coding
- Strong work ethic and high motivation
- Fast, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to manage trading, risk, and operational challenges
- Works well under pressure and within a team
- Excellent written and spoken English
