Graphic Designer CLS Signage have an exciting opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team! Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing initiatives, managing administrative tasks, and creating visually compelling graphics to enhance our customers brand identity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, while also supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including vehicle graphics, banners, shop fronts, advertisements, and branding materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Use industry-standard software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality designs. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Review and provide feedback on design concepts to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines. Other Duties Included: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meeting and installs, and organizing files and print ready documents. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as quoting and invoicing, Handle correspondence and communication with clients. Coordinate arrangements for team members as needed. Perform general duties, such as meeting with clients and being their first point of contact. Desired Skills and Qualities: Experience in Graphic Design. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvemen Ability to work independently and proactively, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
