About the role

Due to continued growth, we have a requirement for a Social Media & Events Co-ordinator to join our highly energetic, fast paced, and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design and curate compelling content across multiple social media platforms, tailored to our diverse brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house videographer to align video content with overall social media strategies, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Oversee multiple brand accounts, ensuring each maintains its unique voice and messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy and content creation.
  • Engage with our audience across platforms, fostering community and responding to inquiries with professionalism and brand-aligned tone.
  • Manage and prioritize a varied workload to meet deadlines and campaign milestones.
  • Uphold the company's image and standards in all social media activities.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio demonstrating successful management of multiple brand accounts.
  • Strong design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
  • Familiarity with video content, able to effectively communicate with videographers to align video productions with social media campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, able to juggle multiple projects and collaborate with various team members.
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of social media.
  • A commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement approach.
  • High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability.
