About the role
Due to continued growth, we have a requirement for a Social Media & Events Co-ordinator to join our highly energetic, fast paced, and growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Design and curate compelling content across multiple social media platforms, tailored to our diverse brand portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house videographer to align video content with overall social media strategies, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee multiple brand accounts, ensuring each maintains its unique voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy and content creation.
- Engage with our audience across platforms, fostering community and responding to inquiries with professionalism and brand-aligned tone.
- Manage and prioritize a varied workload to meet deadlines and campaign milestones.
- Uphold the company's image and standards in all social media activities.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio demonstrating successful management of multiple brand accounts.
- Strong design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Familiarity with video content, able to effectively communicate with videographers to align video productions with social media campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, able to juggle multiple projects and collaborate with various team members.
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different brands.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of social media.
- A commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement approach.
- High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability.
