The VP, HR Technology is responsible for overseeing the management, integration, and optimization of Human Resources systems and data operations within the organization. This role demands expertise in system design, data governance, and analytics to ensure that HR data and technology infrastructure aligns with the company's strategic goals. The VP, HR Technology collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, ensure data accuracy, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes, including the transition from UKG Pro to Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR tech stack (UKG, Oracle, Greenhouse, Payscale), including integrations and third-party touchpoints.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integration between systems.
  • Manage system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Develop risk control and data management policies, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Establish a robust data governance framework and ensure data integrity.
  • Create and execute HR data analytics strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Enhance HR metrics and analytics capabilities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Identify optimization opportunities using data analysis tools.
  • Lead technology platform changes as part of the HR Transformation Program.
  • Manage a team of 2 and oversee UKG support partner activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work with vendors and third-party providers to ensure effective service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with direct experience in Oracle HCM.
  • Experience with system integration and administration tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines.

Professional Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in system management, data analysis, or a similar role.
