What you will be doing:
- Based on stakeholder feedback, systems changes or business priorities, maintain and improve existing reports (scheduled, ad-hoc, exceptions) from UKG platform (Cognos Business Analytics) and other 3rd party systems.
- Review current HR data reporting and analytics tools and processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Produce and develop accurate HR data extracts and reports leveraging appropriate reporting tools.
- Develop and enhance standard reports and advance the analytical reporting capabilities of the function to address ongoing HR and business needs.
- Develop audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security for accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and identify root causes and recommend fixes.
- Design, test and implement reports required due to system enhancements in support of HR processes.
- Work closely with the HR team to proactively identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve efficiencies within the HR Operations.
- Partner with functions outside of HR including finance, risk and audit to ensure effective controls and governance are in place.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR technology with strong knowledge of HR functional processes and practices.
- Experience with UKG, Cognos Business Analytics or other reporting tools required; Experience with Greenhouse ATS, PayScale is a plus.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level professionalism and respect for confidential information.
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy.
- Ability to support multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
